We had Jeff install our TV above the fireplace when we moved to Timnath CO 3 years ago. His work was first rate and he went above and beyond helping us get the position for best viewing. We recently bought a 75 inch TV and hired him to install it. He removed the old set and installed the new one. Once again, amazing service, so we had him install a new sound bar. He is extremely professional, arrives on Tim's and doesn't waste a minute. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend Jeff.

This is the second time we have used the services of Rocky Mountain Install in the past 18 months. We had a roof mounted OTA HDTV antenna, two wall mounted TVs and a SONOS system installed and set up. The result was a very clean set-up with no visible cables or wires and everything worked flawlessly. Jeff, the owner/installer really knows his stuff! Jeff is responsive, shows up on time and his prices are very fair.
Jeff was very professional, responsive, assessed our needs and was easy to work with. The morning of service, he gave us an eta and showed up as promised. He was fast, efficient, taught us how to use the mount that we purchased in advance, and used sturdy/quality equipment to mount the TV. Jeff at Rocky Mountain Install is the real deal. He ran new network cables in my house, fishing lines through tight spots where I swore nothing would fit. He did it with just a few tiny wall cuts and cleaned everything up like he’d never been here. Super friendly, on time, and dialed-in the details without upselling. I needed 3 outdoor wired Ring cameras installed. The entire process was awesome. From scheduling to install. Jeff was great to work with and was very good about keeping in touch with the scheduling and appointment. He did a fantastic job installing the cameras and was very neat and tidy in cleaning up after drilling, etc. He was very patient with ensuring the cameras were angled as I desired. I highly recommend him, very professional and efficient and at a great price.

Working with Jeff at Rocky Mountain Install was a fantastic experience. He furnished and installed our conference room monitor for our new commercial office space. Jeff is a person of real integrity. We agreed on a price for a tv and install. When he placed the order, the price of the tv had dropped $100. I would never have known about it, but he passed the savings on to us. The job proved more difficult than expected, but he powered through, did a beautiful job, and then stayed longer to help my senior mother learn to work her new devices. Given the choice, I’d never shop for home electronics anywhere else.

Jeff did an awesome job for us. After requesting a quote we got a quick response and gave us a lot of options. In the end we ended up purchasing all the equipment through him, not just the mount and install. He had a back log but was able to work us in ahead of an event we were hosting. Great work, great service, simple and clear communication - highly recommend.
Excellent service and great prices. The final cost was a fraction of the price we were quoted from another company. Jeff was easy to work with, professional, and gave an estimate over the phone. We set up an install date and he provided everything we needed to install a new large projector screen in our church. He was very helpful with deciding how to install the new screen and also ran a new ethernet line for us to control the screen. Our old HDMI cable had stopped working, so he gave us an HDMI over ethernet extender, for free, so we could get up and running for our Sunday service a couple of days after the install. We will definitely use him in the future for any AV install needs. Thanks Jeff!
I decided to go with Jeff because 1) the reviews were all 5's and 2) the price to install our Starlink was very reasonable. Even before he came out to do the install, he provided great advice, telling me where to get the pivot mount (and where not to as they charge too much), not to forget the ethernet connection add-on, and let him know when they shipped so he could schedule the install. The install was a piece of cake. He's professional and thorough. He's quickly answered my follow on questions as well. We can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommend.
Perfect mounting job for two large TV’s. One pretty difficult one over the fireplace. Jeff did a fantastic job hiding and running all cabling. If you have a regular home or a $10 million dollar mansion, this is the guy to hire. Courteous, professional, flexible, friendly, and above all, really skilled.
I reached out to Jeff about a work project that I was needing to have installed at last minute's notice. Jeff responded quickly, was very professional, easy to communicate with, and did a fantastic job. He was super efficient with his time and a quick worker. We have used Rocky Mountain Install for two different projects and would highly recommend Jeff. He's easy to work with and does great work. From hanging multiple tvs and sound bars to installing a deck tv, speakers and running and concealing audio cable, he had us completely covered. He goes beyond what is expected and is a master at what he does. We are already a repeat customer and will absolutely use him again.
HIGHLY recommend Rocky Mountain Install. Our wall has horizontal studs (why?!), the ceiling is crooked, which made it hard to look even (again, why?!), and the TV is heavy but Jeff worked hard to make sure it was hung safely and beautifully. He was honest, friendly, and thorough and I’m so glad we enlisted his help with our tricky project.
I decided to cut the cord and contacted Rocky Mountain Install. I already had an old antenna in the attic from when I bought the house. When I contacted Jeff (who always responded promptly), he gave to me two options 1.) He would try to install the current antenna I had or 2.) if that antenna didn’t work, he would install a new one. He also gave me two cost quotes. After telling him my available times, he called me and arrived 15 minutes later. He looked at the old antenna and hooked it up – BOOM 44 free channels! I cannot thank Jeff enough! He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! You just don’t get service like that anymore! Thank you Jeff and thank you Rocky Mountain Install!
We recently moved into a house with an existing AV system that was of good quality but somewhat dated. Jeff got everything working perfectly and only recommended purchasing what we really needed to get the system working correctly. He actually talked us out of spending money unnecessarily! He was prompt, polite and extremely knowledgeable, he also didn’t try to “tech-talk” down to us laymen or try to wow us with some big sales pitch about having the ultimate AV experience, he just told us straight up what needed to be done and did the job right for a very fair price. When I had a question a few days later, he immediately answered my text and solved my issue. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Rocky Mountain Install to my friends and family. We recently moved into a new house that was already wired for sound and needed someone to walk us through the setup and make some needed updates. At first I was dismayed at not receiving a call back from the original installer – that delay landed me in the hands of Jeff at Rocky Mountain Install and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Jeff was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his work. Our project provided some challenges and Jeff not only tackled them with ease, he upgraded our capabilities and walked us through its use, making it straight forward and simple. I couldn’t recommend Jeff any more and we will definitely reach out to him for any future projects at our house.
We decided to get rid of Direct TV and have Jeff install an antenna. He also helped us set up a surround sound including running wire behind walls. Jeff was awesome. He showed up on time, and completed all of the work quickly. We now receive over 70 channels for free, and our surround sound system works perfectly. I would highly recommend Jeff.
The cable outlet in my living room was on the wall opposite where it should be and the cable company told me they don’t pull cable on the interior of the house. I called Jeff at 9:30 in the morning and four hours later my cable was properly installed. I couldn’t be happier with his service and quick turnaround!
Jeff came over after we had a problem with some surround sound wiring that was installed. He made time in his schedule to come over and trouble shoot our issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! We have another install job that we will hire Jeff to do for us. Excellent service!!
There’s absolutely a reason that Jeff has only 5 star reviews. He is excellent at his work and he’s also easy to work with. The scheduling of our job was tough because of work and the baby – but Jeff was great about working with our schedule. And then when he got here, it was a very complicated job in an old house. The TV is in a corner with a brick wall and another with the space behind the drywall much smaller than normal. I’ve worked in construction and I know that this one was a pain – but he just smiled and solved all the problems quickly and efficiently. Now our TV is hung perfectly and the job was just as smooth as it could be. I’d recommend Jeff to anyone who needs this kind of work done. Two thumbs way up.
Jeff was great. I reached out through his site on a Friday night and heard back form him the next day. Scheduling was easy and he was able to help me figure out the right mount for a 55″ Samsung (I wanted as flat as possible but the curve of the TV’s back panel made it a little complicated). If you need any A/V or home theater work done you should call Jeff.
He really went out of his way on this install – great workmanship. He got us up and running with a great system for and a very good price. We are pleased and it works great. He was courteous and replied to all inquiries and he was on time as promised! He Got us a central HDTV antenna and set up a Ubiquiti WiFi booster.
So impressed with Rocky Mountain Install based in Fort Collins! Being intimidated with new technology, we hired Jeff to install a new 65″ smart TV and sound bar. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. Jeff did a great job of getting the TV completely set up and then explaining how to use it and access features never included with the 8-year-old one. With this great experience, we’re sure to use Rocky Mountain Install again for other technology needs like sound systems and security cameras. Additionally, his pricing is very fair and reasonable.

Jeff is friendly, very accommodating, and would do jobs completely. He did each install to completion, making sure that everything was fine with me first. Nothing “half-assed” or “just to get the job done.” A fair price for a very skilled and professional worker. Brought all tools+equipment. I asked Jeff if he could help me install parts of a weather station on my roof. Though not a typical request, Jeff was more than willing to do the rooftop installation, which required putting a bracket on the gable end of the roof, wiring the sensors, and grounding the equipment. Jeff finished the job promptly and was very professional. I would recommend him for this type of work.
I hired Rocky Mtn. Install to install a wall mount and t.v. Jeff was an excellent choice! He arrived on time with all tools needed to mount my t.v. He even brought an in the wall kit and extra cables in case I needed them. Installation was done quickly and professionally. He even connected my wireless direct tv box. Thumbs Up! Five stars! Jeff Donahue did a great job evaluating my situation–going from satellite tv to air tv. He recommended the right antenna, installed the antenna quickly and checked all three tv’s to ensure that the reception was good on all. Living over 50 miles from tv transmitters, I was concerned that I would not get good reception–not to worry, Jeff really knows his business. GREAT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
No job is too big or too small for this guy! Seriously! He was on time (seriously, ON TIME!), professional, a joy to work with and happy to answer any and all questions. Jeff had his work cut out for him at my house. I had him install cable in two of our rooms upstairs. Our cable is old and our house definitely wasn’t built with any technological forethought. Nevertheless, Jeff provided several options and kept an awesome attitude when I chose, what I think is, the most miserable option with all kinds of hard work involved. No problem for Jeff!
